Has a background in education. Lived in Britain for many years before returning to N.Z. in 1986 to found the Institute. Has a private practice of psychotherapy, supervision, and mentoring. Helen is interested in how we talk about and engage with our embodied spiritual experience and values in our multicultural society and bicultural nation. She is an ordained Interfaith minister.

Trained at the Institute of Psychosynthesis in London. Works with groups and individuals. Has been involved in the business sector for a number of years and is interested in the application of psychosynthesis principles in this context through consultation. Co-founder of the Institute, teacher, trainer, supervisor and therapist.
